  • Personalized 1:1 run coaching designed to help runners break through plateaus, improved performance, and train with confidence through balanced, science-backed plans. *3-month commitment minimum.

    • Unlimited communication and training plan modifications

    • Consultation to establish S.M.A.R.T short-term and long-term goals

    • Pre-race planning and post-race debrief meetings

    • Monthly 30-minute connect, initiated by athlete, to discuss goals, concerns, questions, etc.

    • Exclusive library of runner-routine videos and race guides

  • The 1:1 Run + Nutrition Combo membership is designed to help you optimize your performance with personalized training and nutrition strategies. From developing a nutrient timing plan to creating a competition day fueling plan, we’ll cover everything to ensure you’re prepared for your best race day. You’ll also get exclusive access to nutrition guides, community support, and monthly group connects to keep you on track and motivated. *2-month minimum commitment.

  • Take your running to the next level with a personalized strength plan designed specifically for runners. This monthly add-on helps you build power, correct imbalances, and stay strong through every training block and focus. Workouts will be scheduled within VDOT and will include lifts/sets/descriptions based on initial intake assessment.

  • This 16-week program was built by a runner, for runners—designed to fit seamlessly into your training without leaving you too sore for your next workout. You’ll train 3 days per week using a hypertrophy load approach. The training focuses on mechanical tension and metabolic stress to promote muscle growth.

    What you’ll need (minimum):

  • Runners of all levels—from first-time racers to seasoned athletes chasing PRs. I work with people training to run their fastest mile, all the way to 24-hour ultras.

  • Your plan is built 100% around you—your schedule, pace, goals, and life. I adapt the training plan as your fitness grows, or as seasons of life changes. The key is consistency — and you can’t achieve that without periodization and smart training.

  • Our primary communication will occur in VDOT (the app I use VDOT for your plan), plus phone calls for longer check-ins.

  • We’ll adjust your plan to fit your needs, including cross-training—life happens, and your coaching goes with it.

  • Yes! Coaching is month-to-month unless you’ve opted into a discounted long-term plan, or are under the first 3-month contract period (1:1 Run Coaching) or 2-month contract period (1:1 Run/Nutrition Coaching).

  • The 1:1 Run + Nutrition Combo includes personalized run coaching, help with your nutrition plan, competition race build strategies, energy deficiency assessments, a race-day fueling plan, exclusive nutrition guides, and a monthly newsletter discussing key topics.
